Haley chose veterinary medicine due to her strong interest in science and biology, coupled with her love for making connections with animals and their humans. Currently attending Penn Foster’s Vet Tech program and set to graduate this year, Haley is most interested in wildlife, exotic, and zoo medicine.
She loves her job because it allows her to work as part of a like-minded team and learn new things daily. Seeing her favourite patients (about five new “favourites” every day) is a highlight for her.
Haley has two snakes, Schnitzel (Kenyan Sand Boa) and Udon (Spotted Python). In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, and surfing.
